The gym is one of the most daunting things, there's the constant stress of whether you are doing the exercises right, what to wear (check out 'gym clothes that I am OBSESSD with post for inspo) and what exercises are the best for the results you want to achieve. I'm the kind of person where if I don't have a routine or set plan of what to do in the gym then I'm very flakey and won't ever go. BUT, I have my found my gym saviour!!! There is an app called Fitplan, which you can download onto your phone and it has tons and tons of different exercises for your booty, abs, arms.... literally everything. And the good thing about this app is that you can get a lot of exercises for free but I decided that I wanted a solid exercise routine for the next few months before summer so that my body is on fleek.
I always do 10 minutes cardio before starting my workout to stretch my body out and to help me keep excess weight off.
