Little Navy Dress

If you are chilling in on your Friday night exhausted like me, here is a little inspo for your Saturday night out! This is one of my favourite items of clothing from Oh Polly, it is perfect for a night out with a cute little bag and some nude heels. The only issue is with the weather being like -1000 at the moment (a little over exaggerated) you definitely have to wear a jacket with it. I paired this with a mustard faux suede jacket, it made it a statement outfit! My new favourite fake tan

I have been a lover of St. Moritz for so so long but I decided to try a new tan because it had been so highly recommended and I watched Sarah Ashcroft's vlog on her trip away with Bondi Sands, you can find that here. And I'm not gonna lie I am so happy that I tried this tan, it smells like coconut (which I love) and there isn't as much of the biscuity smell that comes with fake tan. 

I like to sleep in my fake tan but you can literally apply it in the day if you prefer, leave it on for 4-6 hours and then wash it off and the tan is a gorgeous golden brown.

I use the dark one as I am quite fair skinned and that comes out a gorgeous golden bronze, enough to make people think you have been on holiday! They do it in medium and ultra dark. You can purchase them here.

Why I have a new found love for the gym

The gym is one of the most daunting things, there's the constant stress of whether you are doing the exercises right, what to wear (check out 'gym clothes that I am OBSESSD with post for inspo) and what exercises are the best for the results you want to achieve. I'm the kind of person where if I don't have a routine or set plan of what to do in the gym then I'm very flakey and won't ever go. BUT, I have my found my gym saviour!!! There is an app called Fitplan, which you can download onto your phone and it has tons and tons of different exercises for your booty, abs, arms.... literally everything. And the good thing about this app is that you can get a lot of exercises for free but I decided that I wanted a solid exercise routine for the next few months before summer so that my body is on fleek.

I always do 10 minutes cardio before starting my workout to stretch my body out and to help me keep excess weight off.

Midnight Blue Calming Cream

I have super exciting news!! I have become an affiliate for the company Wishtrend, they are a brand which sells skincare, hair and body and makeup products (what more could you want!?) I have for the past three weeks been testing out their Midnight Blue Calming Cream, I will always be honest in my reviews because I don't see the point of trying to make you purchase a product that isn't very good.

As stated on their website this product is perfect if you're a person who has concerns about skin irritations due to sensitivity of skin to skin care products. I have combination skin and often suffer with redness around my cheeks and it really bums me out because I hate having to put makeup on every time I go out to cover it up but this cream really has helped, it has soothed my skin a lot. I use it morning and night and it feels so light and refreshing on the skin. The only criticism I have of this product is the size of it, the tub that it comes in is quite small but you only need a small amount anyway, mine still has quite a bit left and i've been using it for three weeks now! The product has a five star rating and is one of their best sellers, I really would recommend it! If you want to purchase it click here.

The cream itself is blue and it is the first skincare product I have ever used that has been that colour and I'm not going to lie it did freak me out a bit but I promise it's all good!

Sushi and Cocktail making

Yesterday was super fun, I ventured into a class of sushi and cocktail making at Kouzu in Belgravia. It is a Japanese restaurant which does experience days, the restaurant is closed to only you taking part in the class. You get taught how to make Margherita's, Clover Club Cocktail and Espresso Martini's (which are my new love). 

Then when the cocktail part of the class is over we moved onto sushi making where you are taught how to make tuna maki, salmon and avocado maki and salmon nigiri, they also do vegetarian options. This bit was really fun and I was actually super impressed how well my sushi turned out. If you love sushi and cocktails (who doesn't love one) then definitely book this experience, it is worth the money!

ME London

A couple weekends ago, I stayed at the ME London Hotel, this is the second time I have stayed at a ME hotel, I stayed at one in Ibiza too. This branch of hotels is amazing, they are so modern and chic with amazing customer service! ME London offers STK and the Radio Rooftop Bar, both are incredible. The atmosphere and the views from the rooftop bar are definitely something everyone should experience. 

I didn't get any good pictures so I have taken these from their website so you can understand how gorgeous the hotel really is. Go and check it out, you will not be disappointed, and for London hotel prices they are not too expensive.

 

If you are looking for a city break to London, a night out with the girls or a romantic getaway, I could not recommend this hotel more, it is amazing.

Gym clothes that I am obsessed with!

I used to feel that gym wear was so bland and well I guess ugh is the best way to describe it, but now after finally motivating myself to get into a gym routine I have found so many more amazing gym outfits. Gymshark, Pretty Little Thing and In The Style are doing some amazing co-ords at the moment. Gym Shark is a more expensive brand than the others but the quality of their clothing and the different styles they have makes it definitely worth purchasing! The other two brands are so affordable and super comfy to workout out in! I love a cute sports bra with some statement or coloured gym pants it makes the gym that much more fun. Here are a few of my favourite gym co-ords out at the moment.

This outfit is from Gymshark. I love this purple wash colour with the high-waisted pants and the detail in the back of the sports bra. This outfit is perfect for when your sweating it out at the gym but you know your sports wear is on point.

Black Lace Bodysuit

This is my first ever purchase from Missy Empire and I was not disappointed! I ordered this gorgeous black lace bodysuit and it is to die for!! The only annoying thing about it is that it doesn't come with sewn in pads and so to avoid your nipple going on show I would purchase these nipple covers from Pretty Little Thing... unless you wanna be like Rihanna and embrace it, why not? It is the twenty-first century!

I love this outfit, it's super basic but the gold choker with the gold chain on the bag and gold shoes adds a dressier element to it. These trousers from Pretty Little Thing are life! They are so comfy and my go to trousers for a night out, I will link all the outfit details at the bottom.
