This is a bit of a different blog post but I wanted to share it with you. I have been procrastinating so much this week, recovering from the flu and trying to put off doing uni work... which wasn't the best idea as now I have so much to do! But while I've been binge watching everything possible on Netflix, I came across 'What The Health.' I'm not normally one to watch anything that is going to put me off eating meat but I had heard good reviews and wanted to give it a watch.
This blog post isn't me preaching for people to stop eating meat because I'm not even sure I am going to be able to do that but I couldn't believe the different facts they were showing and the way in which meat is actually processed... I was taken back! I have decided that I am going to be eating meat/fish only twice a week instead of everyday and try a much more plant based diet to see if it really will energise me and give me lots of health benefits as they said. I will be posting meal ideas that are meat free because as I have started doing this i've found my meals to be boring without a bit of chicken or steak and so i'm going to find recipes that are just as yummy and share them with you guys, so you can see my journey.
