The best spots in London over Christmas

Christmas is one of my favourite times of year, I love the lights, music and everyones happy energy. In London there are so many different things to do over the festive period and these are my top favourite ones.

1. Winter wonderland

Winter Wonderland is in Hyde Park London. It has fair ground rides, ice skating, karaoke bar and loads of food and drinks bars. It is so much fun, whether you are going with your partner, friends or family because there is so much to do there. I would definitely say this is one of my top favourite things in London over Christmas and I cannot wait to go again this year.
You can look at their website and purchase tickets here.
(All pictures are taken from google images or the company website)

2. Natural History Museum's Ice Rink

If you enjoy ice skating and want somewhere that is very scenic and christmassy then I would definitely recommend going here. It is so beautiful and there is food and drink available there too! What is not to love? It is in South Kensington and you can find details here.

3. The Berkley's Private Rooftop Cinema

This one is a little pricier but it is worth every penny. The tickets are sold out for this year but you can be put on a waiting list and its good to know for next year! This year they are showing the Nutcracker and Miracle on 34th Street. You can look here for details.

Alternatively there is the 4. Luna Winter Cinema and this is in Kensington Palace and Alexandra Palace. Here you can snack on popcorn and watching some of Christmas's best films such as Elf and The Holiday. You can find tickets here.

5. Coppa Club

This is something I am yet to have experienced but I have heard really good reviews and I definitely will be going over this Christmas period. You sit in heated igloos and look out at the beautiful view of Tower Bridge with cosy blankets and your favourite drinks. You can find their website here.

I hope you enjoyed this post and let me know if you want more like this. I hope you all are enjoying the festive period and get to check out as many of these places as possible!

Lots of love,

Pretty Little Thing must haves this season!

I am absolutely loving shopping for my new winter wardrobe and I have found so many affordable and cute pieces on Pretty Little Thing. They are literally killing it at the moment and so I thought I would share a few of my favourites that are must haves this season! They currently have 30% off on dresses and tops so get shopping with the code NOW30

I have always wanted to own a pair of these vinyl trousers but I found it really difficult to find any that fit properly and were comfortable. And PLT have definitely delivered, these trousers are super comfy and roomy and are perfect for dinner dates with a cute crop top and jacket with heels or for a shopping trip with a crop or oversized jumper and trainers or boots. And they are only £18!!

I love this green knit high neck jumper. The colour is gorgeous and it is perfect now that the temperature is getting so cold. Dress it up or down with jeans and boots or a black leather skirt and heels.

Oversized shirts are everything!! You can wear them with literally anything and they are perfect for any occasion. This one comes in white too and is super affordable.

These jeans are super cute and slimming. The high waist and tie detail make it perfect for tucking us in. Pair these with a teddy coat, cropped jumper and boots as shown below and you are good to go.

I think basic long sleeved fitted t shirts are so comfy by so stylish. You can get them in every colour and wear them with any outfit. They are a must have in my wardrobe this season! This khaki one would be perfect with black jeans and a black fluffy jacket.

This lounge set is soo comfy and cute. It is perfect for those cosy nights in! Available in two other colours and only £25!

I am definitely going to purchase one of these! It looks so cosy and snug and is available in different colours too. I love black because it goes with so much, including all of the items I have listed above.

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed this post and that it gave you some winter wardrobe inspiration. I will be posting more like this soon.

York Test

This is a bit of a different and more personal blog post today but I feel that it is something I really need to share with you guys. For a long time I have been suffering with severe stomach cramping and bloating and just generally feeling very unwell most days. I had been frustrated, upset and confused for so long trying to figure out why I was feeling the way I was. Finally after about four years if not longer I had found out the cause of why I have been so unwell for so long. The York Test is an amazing company who test you for food intolerances and after several doctors appointments which got me absolutely nowhere I decided to give it a go. I did the start test where you take blood from your finger and send it off and they can test whether you are intolerant to anything. After you find out if it is positive or negative you then do the food and drink test where they send your bloods off and see what it is that your body is reacting to. It turned out that I have intolerances to cows milk, goats milk, yeast and egg white. These have all been a major part of my diet since forever. I had no idea that I could have been intolerant to any of them. The York Test are so helpful as once you find out what it is you are intolerant to you can have a phone call with a nutritionist who will help you to plan your diet and how to cut out these foods as well as supplying you with a food diary and intolerance guide.
If you are suffering from pains in your stomach, bloating or feeling unwell and you haven't checked if you have any intolerances, I would definitely recommend this for you! It really is going to change my life for the better and get me back to who I was before all of this.
The food and drink test is quite expensive but it is honestly so worth it and there is nothing more important than your health and happiness.
I'm sorry for the long post but this is something that I am really passionate about because I honestly feel so much better in myself now that I know what it was causing me to feel the way I was.
This is the link to the York Test website- here.

These are the two tests that I did. First purchase the one below and then go from there once you have found out if you are positive or negative.

You can find this here and it is only £24.99.

And this is the second one which you can find here.

They send you this afterwards to show you exactly what you are intolerant to and what you are fine to have.

I hope that this post helps anyone who is suffering with any of the symptoms I have described.

Autumn is here pt. 2

Following on from my previous post I thought I would keep the theme of Autumn going. While i'm currently searching for a job, my online shopping addiction has seemed to have expanded quite a lot... which makes no sense as I am currently making no money.. but there we go!

On this post I am going to focus on trousers, tops and hoodies that I have found, which I think are perfect for this season.

All of the clothing is from Pretty Little Thing.

And they have 30% off on their new season hit list!

I am in love with these pin stripe casual trousers they look so stylish and comfy and come in 5 other styles.

I am absolutely in love with this khaki tie waist oversized t shirt dress, which also comes in 5 different colours/styles. It would go perfectly with a cute pair of boots shown on the model or a pair of knee high boots. Or if you want to dress it down you can wear it with a pair of vans.

This black and white striped t-shirt is also to die for! It is so basic but can be paired with so many different things like a black pair of jeans and trainers or a black leather skirt, tights and boots.

This cropped hoodie is so cute, paired with a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms and a pair of trainers and your good to go for those days where you are wanting to chill out.

I love a cosy cardigan and this is just perfect for those colder days.

This is my ultimate fave! I love this cardigan it is so trendy and chic and can be dressed up or down. It is a must have in your wardrobe this season. It is also available in 3 other colours.

This two piece pink tracksuit is soo comfy and chilled. I bought one last year and still live in it now. It super affordable and one of my favourite lounge sets so far. Also available in 5 other colours.

Autumn is here

I am sorry that I haven't posted for a while but I have been super busy job searching and had a lot of things going on. But from now on I will make sure that I post more regularly.

Autumn is one of my favourite times of year. I love being wrapped up in cosy jumpers and coats and getting all snug watching movies with blankets and hot chocolates! I have been searching for coats ready for these colder days and nights and these are my favourites so far. I have ranged between some that are more expensive and some that are affordable. I will link all of the products at the end of this post.

This red faux fur sherpa coat is perfect for the autumn season. The colour is so bold and gorgeous and the length is perfect for wanting to wear a cute evening dress underneath or to wear with trousers. This one is from House of CB.

I absolutely love this blue puffer jacket from Missguided. It is so chic and the electric blue colour is to die for. It is affordable, comfy and would be perfect for those colder days where you still want to look fashionable but be warm! It is also available in orange and red.

This pistachio coloured faux fur coat is everything! It is so stylish and versatile. You can wear it with a dress, jeans, skirt and top! This Topshop jacket is perfect for this autumn season. It is also available in pink and blue which are both incredible.

This Asos teddy coat is amazing. I love the colour, length and style of it. It is definitely a must to add to your wardrobe when the temperature outside is dipping. They have minimal sizes left but more should be coming in stock soon and there is a similar one here.

Black on nude

I am absolutely in love with this outfit. The skirt is so comfy and easy to pair with so many things. I chose to pair it with the black ribbed crop top below, but you could also wear it with a t-shirt tucked in or in the colder months a turtle neck. The skirt can be dressed up or down, pair it with some vans or with some black heels and it looks amazing!
Both are from Pretty Little Thing and I paired the outfit with three different jackets, a blue denim one, black leather one and a black denim one. Each give the outfit a different feel and look.

You could pair it with any of these:

How I style this dress two ways

Dresses are one of my favourite pieces of clothing, I love all kinds of dresses from short, to body con, to skater ones! I recently purchased the most gorgeous dress from Pretty Little Thing. When I first put it on I absolutely loved it as a dress by itself but the only issue I had was that it was quite short on one side and wasn't really appropriate for where I was going and so I managed to pair it with a leather skirt and it worked so well together. It is perfect for a night out with the girls!

The dress tucked in perfectly and looked as if it was a bodysuit. So if you ever feel like your dress is too short then try tucking it into a skirt!

Boots, boots, boots

As the month of August is coming to an end and the temperature is dropping I have started to get really excited about my new wardrobe for autumn. Boots are one of my favourite items to purchase when it starts to get a bit colder, as I'm not really finding my sandals are appropriate anymore.

I have been searching social media looking for different shoes and I came across some from Fearlesss, which I absolutely love. I came across this brand on Instagram a while ago and have finally come around to checking out what they sell and I was not disappointed. They do so many cute and stylish styles of boots and I will definitely be purchasing some. And even better they have 30% off dresses and shoes with code 'LOVE'.
These are a couple of my favourites.

These are my favourite ones. I love the studded and cut out detail and they are quite affordable at £44.99.

I also love these cut out ones too, the zip detail as the front is so chic and they could be paired with a pair of jeans or a t-shirt dress. And they are only £39.99!

The colour of these is so gorgeous and they are perfect for those colder days, paired with tights and a cute skirt. The heel makes them that bit more dressy and would be perfect for a shopping trip or lunch date. And these are a super affordable at only £29.99!
