Gilet Day

Gilet jackets are one of my favourite outfit pieces, they are perfect for all year round whether it is a fur gilet, a leather gilet or a denim gilet! With this cold weather it is hard to find an outfit that looks stylish without wearing a big puffer jacket to keep warm but the gilet is the perfect piece of clothing that doesn't make you too cold or sweaty.

The gilet is a work of genius for keeping you warm but also by being a super cute fashion must have! I don't know about anyone else but whenever I go shopping or on the tube I get way too hot in a big coat and so this is perfect for keeping you cool, it is this seasons must have, leather or fur! Go for it! I love this outfit with the combination of the black and grey together, it is plain but super stylish. What are your favourite style jackets to wear in winter? Let me know by commenting below.

I am obsessed with eyeshadows, especially Mac ones and I love Nars's sheer glow foundation, it looks so nice and dewy and makes the skin look flawless. Plunge Central

Plunge for mustard! I love this look, these are two of my most recent purchases from Missguided, I will post the links at the end of this post. Black is one of my favourite colours to wear, it is slimming, goes with literally everything and can be dressed up or down. I wanted to create this biker chick look, as I think it looks really cute, it is a little bit racey but who doesn't like to show off a bit of flesh?

With the mustard coloured biker jacket, it adds a splash of colour and is tied together with the choker necklace. The fabric of this bodysuit is super comfy and stretchy and the jacket is so soft and warm, which is ideal for this cold weather!! You can wear the jacket on or just on the shoulders, which gives it a bit more of an edgy look. I chose to wear black ripped jeans with this but you could wear this look with a black denim skirt or black leather pants to complete the biker esque look! Let me know what you think or how you would style this outfit.

Outfit details- the jacket is from Missguided; http://bit.ly/1Rmgi1K, the body suit is also from there; http://bit.ly/1SUkWTa, my jeans are from Topshop but I bought these a long time ago, a super similar pair can be found here; http://bit.ly/2hCT9vy and my choker/necklace is from Pretty Little Thing; http://bit.ly/2jEHTTK.

Enjoy my discount codes from Reveuse- 'charlotte10' and Delilah-Jade Boutique- 'chuckie_green10' for 10% off your purhcase.

You can find Reveuse here- http://bit.ly/2jDa7hP and Delilah-Jade Boutique here- http://bit.ly/2AT3ivM

Leopard Print Fridays

Leopard print is one of my favourite fabrics to wear as it is very versatile and flattering for all shapes, sizes and age. It looks a million dollars for very little expense that you can wear all year round. What is everyone else's favourite print?

I love this look that I put together last night, the top ties the whole outfit together and makes it that little bit more exciting and stylish. This outfit can be dressed up or dressed down, instead of wearing it with a skirt you could wear it with some black jeans and trainers or if you wanted to keep it dressy you could put it with a black leather skirt, a cute faux fur jacket and a pair of knee high boots!

Outfit details- the black bracket is from Pretty Little Thing; http://bit.ly/2hHcMX6, the leopard print top is also from there but I couldn't find it when looking on the website as I bought it at the beginning of summer but one similar to it can be found from Missguidedhttp://bit.ly/2jFFZCA. My skirt is from Pretty Little Thing (if you couldn't tell already its my favourite at the moment); http://bit.ly/2j55Dwr. My shoes are from Pretty Little Thing; http://bit.ly/2zs4RUn and my leather jacket is from Zara but I've had this one for a couple of years now but you can buy them anywhere! My bag is from DKNY, this is a super similar one; http://bit.ly/2jC5Ef4.

I hope you enjoyed and please comment below to let me know what you thought about this look and follow me on my social medias! And don't forget to enjoy my 10% discount code for Reveuse; http://bit.ly/2j5J62B,'charlotte10.'

You can purchase this skirt on my depot here- https://www.depop.com/chuckie_green

My top beauty steps to creating the perfect fake tan

Fake tanning can be a massive drag especially when it ends up going patchy but I am going to give you the top tips that I have learnt to get the perfect fake tan, as lets face it, everything is better with one!!

The tan I use is the St. Moritz Dark one, shown below, you can purchase it here; http://bit.ly/2j2fzH2, this is the cheapest one I have found of the product but if you don't want to purchase online they also sell it cheaper at places such as Home and Bargain.

Step 1- exfoliate everywhere! Make sure that you exfoliate your body properly to ensure that your fake tan doesn't go patchy and end up looking like a tiger loaf bread, you can buy exfoliating gloves anywhere, such as boots. The best way to get rid of previous fake tan when exfoliating is by using baby oil it gets rid of the excess fake tan so that your skin is smooth and clean before your new application.

Step 2- moisturise! Moisturising is key to getting the perfect fake tan, your body has to be super hydrated and without it, it leaves your skin dry and patchy when applying the fake tan (plus it makes your tan last a lot longer).

Step 3- when applying the fake tan use a mitt, this is the best way to apply the fake tan evenly around your body! My favourite mitt that I have found is the skinny tan mitt, which you can purchase here; http://bit.ly/2zLXZ44. It is a more expensive one but it is the best one I have found and it puts my tan on perfectly.

Step 4- let it dry, sometimes to quicken the drying process is to use a hairdryer but I normally just air dry as the tan that I use dries quite quickly!

Step 5- I normally leave my fake tan on for around 16 hours as it allows the tan to develop into a nice deep tan and then I rinse it off in the shower, leaving the perfect fake tan. Make sure to moisturise after showering as it makes the tan last longer and keeps your skin from getting dry.

A final step that makes the tan look even better if you are going on a night out or have a special occasion is to use some shimmering body oil, my personal favourite is the Tom Ford Soleil Blanc Shimmering Body Oil! You can purchase that here; http://slfrd.gs/2hJbafs

Here is an example of what my fake tan looks like when all the stages are complete.

I hope this helped, let me know of any tips that you have and whether this worked for you!

Stripes on stripes

These are the COMFIEST trousers that I own yet! With winter on the way I always want to keep a bit of colour in my wardrobe to make the dark mornings and even darker evenings a little bit brighter. What do you think of them?? I have only just begun venturing into the world of trousers, I have always been too scared to venture out but over summer I decided to take the plunge and I love them!

I don't know about anyone else but I find jeans super uncomfortable and I find it difficult to find a pair that fits both my waist and my bum.. so trousers are definitely the better and way comfier option!

These trousers are from Pretty Little Thing (my ultimate favourite at the moment); http://bit.ly/2mtc1m5. I love this brand as it has so many different styles at such affordable prices, especially for winter season with the need for a whole new wardrobe approaching, as cute bralets and crop tops are no long acceptable in this cold weather... unfortunately! My black off the shoulder top is from Reveusehttp://bit.ly/2AKLLGi, you can use my promo code 'charlotte10' for 10% off your purchase, they have lots of cool clothes at such affordable prices so go check them out!!

Lots of love,
chuck xxx
